Documented Research Started March 2025, Discovery: 20 June 2025 · Public announcement: 24 Nov 2025, 9:00 PM EST · Zenodo priority: 22 Dec 2025 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18027390)
License framework: Research & constant → CC BY 4.0 (attribution required). Visualizations/apps → CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (no commercial, no derivatives).
Systematic attack: Account tombstoned 2 April 2026 (one day after full public release), called “non-research” and “spam” while infringing papers remain live. arXiv refuses to act because “no verbatim overlap.”
“arXiv does not have resources to investigate plagiarism complaints that do not involve verbatim text reuse.”
— arXiv Support, response to formal complaint MOD-83269
Translation: You can steal an entire discovery, change your paper 48 hours after seeing prior art, admit reviewing the work, use the exact rounded number 0.33, refuse to cite — as long as you don’t copy-paste sentences, it’s not plagiarism.
Analysis of 1,895 arXiv papers (Sep 2025 – Feb 2026):
ZERO papers claim 0.33 as universal constant. Only appears as measurement uncertainty, mass ranges, F1 scores.
Only ONE paper treats 0.33 as discovered universal attractor: Zhu v2+. All others use 0.33 in statistical/ranging contexts.
Probability that seven independent teams converge on exact 0.3300 (vs 1/3) across domains within 45 days = astronomical. Conclusion: global reactive alignment, not independent discovery.
Zhu’s derivation from Slater orbital yields exactly 1/3, yet he reports “0.33” – the rounded form matching Rizvi’s published 0.3300. A clear fingerprint of prior art.

Why did Zenodo wait until April 2, 2026 — the day after Rizvi made all papers public — to tombstone his account?
Answer: The pattern is intentional. Kill the source at the moment priority is established. Then call it “spam” and “non‑research” to delegitimize the work.
Ali = 0.3300, derivations, Hubble resolution, mathematics — anyone may share and adapt, but must give attribution to Ali Rizvi / THE ANSCEROR.
Proper citation required. Violation Prime Suspects: Zhu, CEO of an IT company in California, Yuan, Fosmark.
3D Hubble visualisation, interactive tools, animations — no commercial use, no derivatives, attribution required.
Any commercial reuse (books, advertisements) is prohibited without explicit permission.
⚠️ HACKER ATTENTION: Between April 1-2, 2026, attackers changed all license notices to CC0 (public domain) to erase attribution. Those CC0 notices are FRAUDULENT. The licenses above remain the sole valid terms.
📧 J. Zhu to A. Rizvi (25 Feb 2026):
“I have reviewed your message and the Zenodo link provided… the transition from Version 1 to Version 2 … highlighted the resulting 0.33 landmark more prominently.”
… then refused to cite:
“Since my paper contains no such reuse … a citation is not scientifically or legally appropriate.”
✔ Admitted reviewing prior art. ✔ Admitted “highlighting” 0.33 after review. ❌ No attribution. ❌ CC BY 4.0 violation.
Prime Suspect Raghu Kulkarni (IDrive Inc.) published a book and running paid advertisements using Rizvi’s Ali = 0.3300 constant and derivations without attribution, violating CC BY 4.0 AND CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (commercial use prohibited). This occurred while the IDrive vulnerability (CVE‑2026‑1995) was being exploited to compromise Rizvi’s systems.
Google takedown IDs: 5-6743000040640 / 5-4114000039984 · Police reports filed. IDrive infringing material remains online.
As of date, Zenodo refuses to answer 108 direct yes/no questions. Decision “final”, no appeal, no investigation of reported violations. The tombstoning happened the day after full public release – a deliberate fragmentation of priority.
📢 DEMAND TO ALEX & NICOLA (Zenodo/CERN Steering Board):
In me email to Zenodo ombudsmen i demanded that theyboth apologize in writing, restore the account, provide full copies of the original papers, and issue a public statement that independent research is protected. Silence = complicity. Till date, no response recieved.

The following papers used the exact 0.33 landmark (Ali = 0.3300) or the Nur/ Raniin triad after the public disclosure of THE ANSCEROR, without citing the December 2025 priority record. Each constitutes a CC BY 4.0 license violation.
Full forensic audit with IP logs & email evidence
All 2025-2026 and upcmng papers using this landmark without citing the December 2025 priority record are in breach of CC BY 4.0 and international research ethics.
The source has been tombstoned, but the evidence is immutable. The pattern was mapped before the theft occurred (FDFMWR).
